MENGUJI TRANSISTOR NPN

a.              Pastikan kaki-kaki transistor, yang terdiri dari kolektor, emitordan basis.

b.             Putar saklar pemilih pada posisi ohm meter.

c.              Tempelkan probe negatif (hitam) pada basis. Probe positifpada kolektor. Jika bergerak berarti antara kolektor dan basisbaik.

d.             Pindahkan probe negaif pada kaki emitor. Jika bergerak maka emitordan basis baik. Jika salah satu pengukuran (atau keduanya) jarum tidak bergerak berarti transistor putus.
